Greirat hasn't returned? I gave Siegward his armour back, talked to him and toasted with him by the fireplace, then I sent greirat into Ithyril. I went and defeated the old fire demon boss. Traveled back to fire link shrine and he hasn't returned. I did enter the ithyril dungeon before killing the old fire demon boss but I had already talked to .... Sampercent27s club flagstaff
