The 60% shield from transformation (and the 50% shield from fiery escape) is VERY nice everywhere there is chip damage or dots. Hi, the "best" classes are the most desired ones and can find any party they want: are supports (Paladin and Bard). Another desired class is Gunlancer because is a good dps, tanky af, and can shield+dispell debuff the party which is the most support oriented from dps classes..
